OUR PROCESS

Build with imagination.
Deliver with care.

Planning, design, development, security testing, and launch—with security considered throughout.

01

Discover

An idea, understood.

We define your users, core business workflow, budget, and launch scope. Security begins with understanding sensitive data, access roles, and likely risks.

Scope + risk assessment
02

Design

Make the possibility tangible.

From user flows to visual identity and interactive UI, we shape a coherent product. Permissions, login and recovery, and data collection are considered in the design.

Flows + visual system + prototype
03

Build

Bring the details to life.

Mobile, backend, and admin tools are developed as a connected product. Code review, protected secrets, access controls, and dependency checks support the work.

App + backend + admin
04

Verify

Check the experience. And what’s behind it.

We check functionality and relevant security controls across the app, API, and admin portal. Findings are reviewed, agreed fixes implemented, and changes retested.

QA + scoped security assessment
05

Launch

Hand over something you can run.

Release preparation, documentation, ownership, and operating responsibilities are agreed. The intended handover includes a release component inventory and dependency review.

Release + SBOM + SCA report
06

Support

Give the product room to grow.

An agreed care plan can cover updates, new vulnerability reviews, dependency changes, and further releases. Scope and ongoing costs are stated separately.

Maintenance + next-release planning

WHAT THE TECHNICAL DETAILS MEAN

Know what’s inside.
Understand what was checked.

Component inventory / SBOM +

A Software Bill of Materials records software components, versions, and dependency relationships for the release. Coverage and generation details should accompany the inventory.

Dependency review / SCA +

Software Composition Analysis checks third-party components for known vulnerabilities. The handover records reviewed findings, fixes, and outstanding issues. It is a dated assessment, not a security certificate.

Application security testing +

The scope covers agreed mobile, API, and admin controls, with findings, remediation, and retesting documented. Independent penetration testing is included only when explicitly scoped and costed.

After launch +

New vulnerabilities can emerge after release. Maintenance responsibilities, patching, monitoring, and further testing belong in an agreed support arrangement.

The delivery workflow and tooling are being established before stronger public security claims are made. Inventories and automated checks complement manual assessment.

A GOOD IDEA NEEDS A GOOD BEGINNING.
